ALGA design and supplies postensioning, lifting and retrofitting equipment. A brief description of the principal equipment is given below. All equipment is also available for rent.

Strand pushing machine
Alga designs and manufactures two kind of strand pushing machines:
a hydraulic pushing machine provided with a high pull-in torque and chain drive
an electrical pushing machine equipped with automatic speed adjustment and strand length control

Jacks
ALGA’s jacks are the smallest and lightest ones available in this field. The small size and the light weight of the jacks make the design and construction of the structure easier. The anchorages can be placed much closer to the main ribs, without increasing the deviation of the cables.

Stressing pump
Our range of stressing pumps have different oil flow and tank capacities. ALGA produces stressing pumps with light weight and small size up to equipment with 5 liters of oil flow per minute and 100 liters of oil tank capacity.

Injection pump
Alga puts at companies disposal two kind of injection pumps :
- Archimedean screw injection pumps producing with a high grout flow
- pistons injection pump characterized by very small dimensions and grout flow up to 20 liters/minute.

Vacuum equipment
Designed by ALGA for the grouting of cables with vacuum technology. This equipment is also designed according to railway specifications.
